Tournament Solitaire/Patience rules for Tournament
Object of the game
Move all the cards to the foundations
Deck
104 cards - Two standard decks
Foundation
- Four foundations built up by suit from Ace to King
- Four foundations built down by suit from King to Ace
- The top card of each pile is available for play on another foundation
Tableau
- Six tableau columns with Four cards each
- The top card of each column is available for play on the foundations or the reserves
- Empty spaces are immediately filled by a new set of four cards from the stock
- No building is allowed on the tableau columns
Reserve
- Eight reserves with One card each
- Storage location for any card from the tableau. Only One card may be placed on each pile until needed
- The top card of each pile is available for play on the foundations
Stock
- When selected, deals Four cards to each tableau pile
- When selected and the stock is empty, all cards are collected and dealt out again onto the tableau with Four cards each without shuffling
- Two redeals are permitted (Three deals in all)
