Object of the game
Move all the cards to the foundations
Deck
104 cards - Two standard decks
Foundation
- Eight foundations built up by suit from Ace to King
- Once placed on the foundation, cards may not be moved
Tableau
- Eight tableau columns built down by alternating colors
- The top card of each column is available for play on the foundations or another tableau column
- Group of cards in sequence (built down by alternating colors) may be moved as a unit to another tableau column
- An empty space may only be filled with a King or a pile starting with a King
Reserve
- One reserve, initially empty
- An empty space may be filled with any available card or pile after the stockpile is exhausted
- The top card is available for play on the foundations or the tableau columns
- Group of cards in sequence (built down by alternating colors) may be moved as a unit to the tableau columns
- No building is allowed on the reserve
Stock
- When selected, deals one card to each tableau pile
- There is no redeal
