Alternate Solitaire/Patience rules for Alternate
Object of the game
Move all the cards to the foundations
Deck
52 cards - One standard deck
Foundation
- Two foundations built up by alternate colors from Ace to King
- Two foundations built down by alternate colors from King to Ace
- Once on the foundation, cards may not be moved
Stock
- The top card is available for play on the foundations or the waste piles
- One redeal is permitted (Two deals in all)
Waste
- Four waste piles built by any card from the stock pile regardless of any suit and in any rank
- The top card of the waste is available for play on the foundations
- Cards cannot be moved from one waste pile to another waste pile
- An empty space can only be filled by cards from the stock pile if any available
