Terrace Solitaire/Patience rules for Terrace
Object of the game
Move all the cards to the foundations
Deck
104 cards - Two standard decks
Foundation
- Eight foundations built up by alternate colors, wrapping from King to Ace when necessary
- The foundations base is determined by the first card placed to any Foundation pile
- The top card of each pile is available for play
Tableau
- Nine tableau columns built down by alternate colors, wrapping from Ace to King when necessary
- Only Three cards are dealt to the first Three piles at start
- To start the game you have to move One card from the tableau to one of the foundations
- The top card of each column is available for play on the foundations or another tableau column
- Empty spaces are immediately filled by the top card of the waste or the top card of the stock
- Once all cards from the stock pile is depleted, an empty space may not be filled
Reserve
- One reserve with 11 cards
- The top card is available for play on the foundations
Stock
- When selected, deals One card to the waste pile
- There is no redeal, only one pass through the stock is allowed
Waste
- The top card of the waste is available for play on the foundations or the tableau columns
